Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and ground equipment.
- Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
- Repair emergency aircraft and on field aircraft
- Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks at various locations; maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings to facilitate effective repairs and installations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and internal clients regarding maintenance status or repair needs.
Requirements
- A&P Certificate
- 18 years of age
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately; experience with equipment repair and maintenance is essential.
- Construction experience or familiarity with mechanical systems installation is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with leadership qualities to guide team efforts when needed.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles; commitment to safety standards at all times.
- Must be able to pass a drug test
