Interested in Aviation? Hays Aircraft is looking for a friendly, hard-working Line Service Crew Member. Get hands on experience fueling and towing aircraft and interacting with various aspects of the aviation trade. Employees of Hays Aircraft can also earn discounts on obtaining a private pilots license through our Part 91 flight school.
Duties include customer service, answering phones, fueling and towing aircraft, light cleaning, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Part-time position requires nights, days, and weekends.
Pay based on experience. Additional compensation for on-call shifts.
Valid driver’s license required. Must be able to pass background check. Candidate must be 18 or older and able to lift 50 pounds without assistance, climb ladders, and drive a manual transmission. Must be able to bend, kneel, and squat. Exposure to hazardous chemicals, machinery, noise, and all types of weather conditions is expected. The ideal candidate would be dependable, reliable, and able to work productively unsupervised. No experience required. Will train.
Summary
As an Aircraft Refueler/CSR, you will be integral to ensuring safe and efficient refueling operations while delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires core skills in cash handling, customer service, and food industry experience, as you will interact with clients and manage transactions. Although no prior experience is needed, possessing a Pilot License and a Driver's License is essential. Your premium skills in time management and upselling will enhance service delivery, while relevant skills in sanitation and basic math will support operational efficiency.
