This is a hands-on People leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing employee experience, operational excellence, compliance, and team leadership in an evolving environment. The role combines strategic partnership with day-to-day execution and requires someone who can build trust, navigate complexity, and create practical solutions while staying close to the work.
Mission of the Role
This role serves as the strategic and operational senior people partner for the US and Canada region, combining hands-on ownership of employee relations, HR operations, compliance, benefits, and organizational support with direct management of the regional People team.
The role is responsible for translating business priorities into practical People solutions while ensuring effective and compliant operations and a consistent employee experience across the region.
Key areas of responsibility include:
• Employee Relations and workplace investigations
• HR Operations, Compliance & Governance
• Benefits and 401(k) administration
• Leadership and development of the regional People team
• Workforce and organizational support
• Partnership with business leaders and stakeholders
Experience and Profile
• 5 years of progressive HR experience including employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and team leadership
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases and workplace investigations
• Experience supporting regional or global organizations and distributed teams
• Experience operating in fast-paced, evolving, or high-growth environments
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance requirements
• Experience with benefits administration and 401(k) plans, including payroll coordination and employer match processes
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems such as ADP, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms
• Understanding of Canadian employment practices is a plus
• Understanding of international mobility processes is a plus
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus

• Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee matters
• Ability to advise leaders on People policies, compliance, and workforce management
• Ability to build trust and adapt communication across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Resourcefulness and ability to identify practical solutions, remove obstacles, and drive progress
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation, with accountability for conducting regular reviews and audits to maintain compliance and operational excellence
• Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and navigate changing business needs
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in office)
Base Salary range: $140,000–$150,000
Target Bonus: 17%
