What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal - Real Estate position at Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd PA?
Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. With more than 110 attorneys, we encompass a broad spectrum of transactional and litigation practice areas for large corporations, small businesses, and governmental entities.
We currently have an opening in the Florence office for an onsite, fulltime Paralegal for the Real Estate practice group.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administrative and closing work
- Electronic notebooks
- Opening files
- Billing
- Other duties to assist the real estate team
The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in Real Estate Closings and Title Insurance
- 3-5 years experience is preferred
- SoftPro experience preferred but willing to train
