Technical Skills
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), Excell, Word, Sage, etc.
- Financial Reporting: Experience helpful in preparing and analyzing Balance Sheets, Income Statements (P&L), and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ledger Management: Skilled in maintaining the General Ledger, posting journal entries, and managing accounts payable (A/P) and receivable (A/R).
- Reconciliation: Proven ability to perform bank and credit card reconciliations and other general ledger accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Payroll & Taxes: Expert knowledge of payroll processing, preparing payroll tax returns, and assisting with sales and business property tax filings and F1099s.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
