Haynes Therapy Group is actively hiring experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to join our school-based team in Barrow County — one of Georgia's smaller, close knit school districts East of Atlanta.
Position Highlights
✔ SIGN ON BONUS-$1000
✔Full-time schedule
✔ $58/hour | W-2 employment
✔ Caseload capped at 55 students (often lower)
✔ Direct AND indirect time — both paid
✔ School-based setting in Barrow County, GA
✔ Supportive lead SLPs and collaborative district teams
✔ No overwhelming productivity expectations
✔ Elementary Caseload

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP)
- Active Georgia license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Prior school-based experience preferred
