Qualifications
Education: Engineering or other related process knowledge (preferred), Bachelor's degree in business or Engineering (preferred); Electrical background and Project management (required)
Experience: 5 years in technical role 5 years Project Management required
Areas of Knowledge: Equipment layout, parts sourcing, equipment repairs, NFPA, NEC, loss prevention and OSHA.
Skills: Ability to train, organization, project layout and management, report writing, AutoCAD, project design & execution, substation design, troubleshooting, electrical design & load calculations.

Role Responsibilities
- Layout, design, acquire parts and manage new projects and equipment upgrades.
- Drive improvements in our Capability and Technology of critical processes.
- Serve as bridge between maintenance, production, engineering and technical when working on projects. Success is in part determined by:
- Projects completed on time and within budget.
- Added productivity out of processes (quality pounds added), reduction in downtime and quality related costs.
- Adherence to cost, schedule, performance of shutdowns and outages.
- Good plans in place for all outages and good communication of those plans...
- Capex program planned and executed with a focus on reducing unsecured critical spares.
- Support of Superintendent and General Superintendents in performing shop needs.
