We are building an AI-first internal design workflow to accelerate concept development and improve strategic decision-making across all project types, including our active quarry operations.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to combine civil engineering expertise, AutoCAD proficiency, and daily AI integration into one forward-thinking role. You will play a key part in early-stage real estate development and quarry site planning — helping us move faster, think more strategically, and produce better outcomes from first concept through feasibility. What You’ll Do

Design & Architecture

• Create tenant test fits and space layout optimizations

• Develop preliminary architectural concepts for mixed-use, commercial, and residential projects

• Produce conceptual site plans

• Generate AI-assisted marketing visuals

• Rapidly iterate across multiple design scenarios

Civil Engineering & Site Planning

• Support concept-level civil site planning for real estate development projects

• Assist with grading concepts, drainage logic, and access/circulation layouts

• Contribute to quarry operations planning — including haul routes, benching layouts, site infrastructure, and land restoration concepts

• Coordinate civil constraints into early feasibility and design studies

Feasibility & Strategy

• Support internal feasibility studies with civil and design inputs

• Identify site constraints and opportunities early in the development process

• Help evaluate land acquisition and development scenarios

AI Integration

• Apply AI tools daily to accelerate concept development and visualization

• Use AI to produce and compare design alternatives at speed

• Help build and refine our in-house AI-first workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Civil engineering background (degree or equivalent professional experience)

• Highly skilled in AutoCAD; experience with Civil 3D a plus

• Familiarity with site planning fundamentals — grading, drainage, utilities, access

• Experience with or genuine interest in quarry, extractive, or industrial site operations

• Actively uses AI tools as a core part of their workflow

• Thinks creatively and independently — doesn’t just draft, innovates

• Works efficiently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Excited about technology-driven development and problem-solving
