Key Responsibilities
· Own the full customer journey, delivering a seamless experience from initial engagement through post-delivery follow-up.
· Confidently guide customers through product selection, promotions, ordering, and delivery communication to drive successful outcomes.
· Accurately prepare and process sales orders, meeting performance and quality standards.
· Build and maintain strong product expertise
· Proactively respond to assigned text and digital chat inquiries using company-approved tools to convert opportunities into sales.
· Present and recommend product protection plans and available financing options to maximize customer value and sales results.
· Actively manage leads and conduct timely customer follow-up to drive appointments, close sales, and support repeat business.
· Clearly communicate promotional pricing and advertised merchandise to support informed buying decisions.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling showroom that supports an effective sales environment.
