RN Administrative Nurse

RN - Fayetteville, NC

We are seeking an experienced RN for our 120-bed facility. This position will provide clinical and organizational leadership and support to our Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in long-term care, be compassionate and caring, handle multiple priorities, work flexible hours and motivate staff.

Qualifications:

• 
  Required – RN with unencumbered NC credentials

• Required - Two years experience in a Long Term Care environment

• Direct experience with Electronic Medical Record software – PCC a plus

• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization

• Ability to organize and prioritize

• Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented

• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

• Valid NC drivers license and reliable transportation
