Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nixa, MO. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, policy changes, renewals, and issue resolution. The Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships, proactively review accounts to identify coverage needs or growth opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. Daily tasks include preparing proposals, processing documentation, maintaining up-to-date records in company systems, and communicating clearly with clients by phone, email, and in person.
