Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Serve Food & Beverages Consistently prepare, assemble, and serve high-quality food and beverage items—including coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and café menu offerings—according to established recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations.
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner; take and fulfill orders accurately; respond to inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive and consistent guest experience across all café areas (indoor, outdoor, and drive-through).
- Operate and Maintain Equipment Safely Safely and proficiently operate espresso machines, ovens, blenders, flat tops, and other kitchen or beverage equipment required to fulfill food and drink orders, while performing routine care and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a Clean, Safe, and Compliant Work Environment Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in all preparation, service, and dining areas; follow health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hygienic and compliant operation.
- Collaborate and Contribute to Café Team Operations Work in coordination with team members to maintain workflow, communication, and service consistency; support shared goals, adapt to operational needs, and contribute to a productive team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as taking orders, preparing food and beverage, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness in the café.
- Clear communication skills to take customer orders accurately, relay information to coworkers, and handle customer inquiries or feedback professionally.
- Proficiency in using espresso machines to brew espresso shots and create espresso-based drinks like lattes, cappuccinos, and Americanos.
- Proficiency in using food preparation items, such as ovens, flat tops, kitchen utensils, general food preparation knowledge.
- Ability to pay attention to details such as drink and food orders, portion sizes, presentation, and cleanliness to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
