We are a busy dental office, looking for a front desk dental receptionist who is friendly, outgoing, reliable, and skilled at multitasking.
Qualifications:
Excellent phone experience
Must have strong communication skills, an attention to detail, be hardworking and meticulous
Excellent communication and organizational skill
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to, reviewing patient's accounts ensuring for accuracy, making phone calls to various insurance companies for explanation of reimbursements, over-payments, denials, status of claims,
Submitting dental claims
Insurance verification
Teamwork and flexibility in helping where needed and multitasking is a must
