Job Overview
We’re seeking a warm and attentive Front Counter Staff Member to join our team for peak season. This is a key guest-facing role that includes taking orders, serving pre-made pastries and sandwiches, pouring drip coffee, handling the register, and maintaining the flow of the front of house. You’ll be part of creating a welcoming and efficient service experience from the moment guests walk in.

Duties

• Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Take orders accurately using our POS system and handle payment transactions
• Serve ready-to-eat pastries, sandwiches, and drip coffee
• Answer basic questions about the menu and daily offerings
• Keep the front counter, pastry case, and beverage station clean and stocked
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
• Coordinate with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service
• Support a positive, team-oriented atmosphere on the floor

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or food service preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
• Basic food handling knowledge a plus (training provided if needed)
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
• Part time schedule for the season

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
