Painter/Drywall Specialist

The painter would be responsible for painting apartments, drywall repair and texturing of occupied apartments if needed. Painter would be painting property common areas and keeping up with the appearance of the property while assisting with preventative maintenance and light maintenance work orders, etc.

(South Metro Area)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Paint & texture apartments as directed by supervisor
• Repair and patch sheetrock as directed by supervisor
• Turnover units with cleaning and light maintenance duties

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED:

• Painting apartments & common areas
• Sheetrock Repairs
• Texturing
• Drywall construction
• Knowledge in Carpentry

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Painting: 1 year
• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• Drivers License
• Residential/commercial painting experience
• Ability to complete projects on-time
