What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Hayloft Property Management?
Hayloft Property Management Company is looking to hire qualified Maintenance Technicians to work for Class A properties in Wichita, KS.
THE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IS PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING:
- General/preventive maintenance and repairs on all physical structures and certain facility equipment.
- Grounds maintenance in compliance with established safety rules, policies and procedures.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED:
- Painting apartments
- Completion of daily assigned work orders
- Maintain inventory levels
- Trained in maintenance of swimming pools and spas
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE (helpful):
- Plumbing
- Drywall
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Curb appeal of property, buildings, and common areas
A maintenance technician is "on call" for a week at a time on a 24 hour basis. The schedule is on a rotating basis between other maintenance staff as assigned. Normal work schedule is 8-5 (Monday β Friday).
