Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago, IL. This position is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and Field Supervison, including managing phone calls, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records. The role includes assisting with document processing, Data entry and supporting leadership with executive administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
