Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Community Manager located in Frankfort, KY. The Assistant Community Manager will support property management operations, assist with tenant communications, ensure tenant compliance with property rules and regulations, and help maintain the overall curb appeal of the property. Daily tasks will include leasing apartments, addressing tenant inquiries, processing rental applications, assisting with rent collection, scheduling maintenance, and supporting financial reporting and budget management.

Qualifications
- Experience in property and tenant management

- Experience with HUD and Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties is a plus
- Relevant certifications in property management or real estate are advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred
