What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate (Floral) (Full Time/Part Time) position at Hayes Florist?
We need a reliable additional team member for our expanding, family owned and operated 5-star florist. Applicants must have excellent customer/retail service skills. Good computer skills required with competency in Word, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator. Accurate and fast typing is an essential ; Dove Point of Sale experience preferred, but training will be given to the successful candidate.
Additional responsibilities will include store opening and closing, accepting Flower orders for a variety of occasions. Handling phones and multi tasking with walk in customers will be required. Creating schedules, handling Customer complaints and other standard managerial duties. Manage and collaborate with other staff members. Create displays and promotional products and sales. Candidate is also expected to do flower processing, prepping and clean up. An Ability to lift 25lbs is required, therefore you must be fit and healthy with a good level of stamina.
We are offering Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, with the occasional Saturday morning. However, these hours will increase during our busy holiday periods, and to cover for staff vacations/sickness.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
