Hygiene Coordinator

Position Overview
Hayes Family Dentistry is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Hygiene Coordinator to join our growing team. As a key member of our front office, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience—from the initial consultation through treatment completion. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of dental terminology, and the ability to efficiently manage scheduling and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and manage hygiene schedules to maximize provider efficiency and patient access.

· Ensure all patient documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with HIPAA regulations before appointments.

· Maintain up-to-date patient records and assist with daily office operations.

· Provide warm, professional, and efficient service to all patients and team members.

· Collaborate closely with clinical staff to support seamless patient care and communication.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
