- Pay Range: From $25 – $35 per hour for skilled carpenters, based on experience. Immediate growth potential. Raises happen right away as your skills improve.

What You Bring to the Team:
To join the team and let us train you to build the best decks at the lake, you'll need:
- Strong carpentry experience
- Finish carpentry experience a PLUS
- Great work ethic
- Pride in your craftsmanship
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Solid understanding of safety, able to work safely at all times
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
This position is an ideal fit for an experienced Finish Carpenter, Trim Carpenter, Framer, or Deck Builder looking for a top-rated company with great hours, premium custom work, and clients scheduled through January 2027. (Assistant Project Manager / Right-Hand position open for discussion.)
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
