Overview of Role:
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for running multiple projects assigned to them from start to finish and work fluently with Owners, Architects, Superintendents and Subcontractors. Providing a quality product at the end of the job is critical to the success of this position. This role will also include estimating and bidding projects, when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish, coordinating closely with owners, architects, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure a high‐quality final product.
- Perform estimating and bidding duties as needed, including reviewing plans, preparing proposals, and evaluating bid documents.
- Maintain and track project schedules (Microsoft Project), oversee submittals, RFIs, logs, change orders, and value‐engineering reviews.
- Lead project meetings, resolve issues during construction, determine resource needs, and collaborate with internal PMs and APMs for project and estimating success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers while evaluating proposals, negotiating scopes, and managing purchase orders.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager and/or Estimator, with strong ability to read, interpret, and analyze plans and specifications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast‐paced environment that has frequent priority adjustments.
- Skilled in scheduling, documentation (submittals, RFIs, logs), detailed cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, and preparing complete bid packages.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineers, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and internal PM teams; attends pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.
- Expertise in analyzing bid documents, assessing risks/opportunities, negotiating subcontractor pricing, and maintaining supplier/subcontractor relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, and similar.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem‐solving skills.

- $65,000 - $95,000/year (depending on experience)
