Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Overnight Driver to run a dedicated route. (HOME DAILY)This position is critical to our operations and requires a professional with a strong work ethic and excellent knowledge of the transportation industry.
Duties
- Safely operate box trucks and transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload products, pallet jacks
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely service
- Assist with warehouse organization, including moving and stacking inventory as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Follow all safety protocols related to driving, heavy lifting, and warehouse operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience.
- Valid Driver's License; Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Preferred due to load weight on certain trips.
- Current and valid DOT Medical Card.
- Extensive, verifiable knowledge of ELD (Electronic Logging Device) operation and FMCSA/HOS (Hours of Service) regulations.
- Clean driving record.
Compensation: $225 per night. Bi-weekly pay.
· Pay Increase: Eligible for a pay review and increase after 6 months of successful employment.
