Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using automotive diagnostic equipment
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Perform tire services, including mounting, balancing, and repairing tires
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about vehicle repairs
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician or service technician
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive service center welcomed
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with automotive repairs
Skills:
- Strong technical skills in automotive diagnostics and repair
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance tasks
- Strong communication skills to interact with service writer
