JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Assistant Property Manager, you act as an ambassador for Hayden Properties to our current and future residents. You are responsible for all aspects of property operations under the guidance of the property manager. Your duties will include leasing, marketing, organizing financial records and lease data. In the property manager’s absence, you will assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing community objectives as set forth by the property manager and the property owner. As part of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our CORE values of Integrity, Continuous Improvement and Excellence to all employees, residents and potential clients
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 years experience in residential property management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organized and detail oriented
- Robust computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Follow tasks through to completion
- Financial understanding (ability to manage pricing, rent increases, etc)
- Bilingual a plus
