Job Title: Welder / Fabricator / Fitter
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Measure, cut, and weld metal components using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
- Assemble and fabricate metal structures and equipment
- Use hand tools, grinders, torches, and other metalworking equipment
- Fit components and structures using jigs, fixtures, and other layout tools
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and conformance to standards
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in welding and metal fabrication (or equivalent training)
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience in fitting structural and/or custom fabricated components
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
- Safety-focused mindset; knowledge of OSHA standards is a plus
- Welding certification(s) preferred (e.g., AWS, CWB)
- Pass weld test(3/8 plate vertical and overhead open root with backing 7018 all the way out,6010 root 7018 fill , and 2”, 6g pipe tig root 7018 cap, aluminum and stainless flat plate sight test
