Hayden Lake Physical Therapy & Aquatics has recently expanded with a brand-new clinic, and we are seeking an experienced Clinic Director (Physical Therapist) to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical care with management responsibilities in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of physical therapists and support staff.
- Manage clinic operations and achieve KPI and growth benchmarks.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.
- Collaborate with ownership on business development and community outreach.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance patient care with management responsibilities.
- Goal-driven with a passion for scaling a practice and developing a team.
