Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Patient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the scheduling and coordination of dental appointments, ensuring the smooth flow of operations in the office. At Hayden Lake Family Dental, we believe in making smiles about more than just teeth. Responsibilities:
- Manage patient records, including updating medical histories and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients to confirm appointments, explain procedures, and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Assist with dental insurance verifying, processing and billing as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with HIPAA.
- Treatment follow ups
- Treatment planning/presenting with patients
- Going over financing options with patients
- Answering phones and scheduling, and checking out patients
- Help patients get the best experience here in our office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
