Delivery Supervisor Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday starting at 5am PST
- Salary: $48,000 - $53,000 DOE
- Supervise and oversee Delivery Drivers, Merchandisers and their activities
- Oversees the delivery supervising personnel in the creation and performance of new hire and ongoing staff training, safety training, and any employee action plans
- Assist with delivery and routing for the accounts during the morning, day, and early evenings.
- Provide ongoing staff safety trainings and new hire trainings
- Responsible for the safe handling of product to include delivery, check-in, and set-up of product
- Fill in for Manager and Assistant Manager; fill in on routes as needed
Job Qualifications:
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle record and valid driver's license
- Pre-employment drug testing and background
- Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds and 158 pound kegs
