Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Construction Superintendent role located in our South Carolina region. The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of on-site construction projects, ensure work is completed on time and within budget, coordinate subcontractors, and enforce safety regulations to create a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Deep knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage on-site teams and stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Certification in construction management or a related field is a plus
