Role Description
This full-time, on-site Pharmacist role is based in Clintonville, WI. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients on medication use, and managing patient profiles. Key tasks include ensuring compliance with prescriptions, providing vaccinations, conducting health consultations, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in medication dispensing, inventory management, and ensuring prescription accuracy
- Strong skills in patient counseling, health education, and administering vaccinations
- Thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, insurance processes, and medication safety standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities
- State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or PharmD
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Experience in community or retail pharmacy settings is an advantage
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus
