Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to warmly greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of seating in our restaurant. A strong focus on customer service and communication skills is essential to provide an exceptional hospitality experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Communicate wait times to guests and provide updates as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
- Answer phone calls with proper etiquette, assisting with reservations or inquiries about the restaurant.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Help accommodate special requests or needs from guests to enhance their dining experience.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies as needed.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a professional appearance is essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
