Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant food and beverage team. As a key member of our hospitality crew, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service in a lively environment. Your role will involve showcasing your culinary knowledge, managing multiple tables with precision, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting daily specials and beverage options
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and providing personalized recommendations for wine pairings or menu choices
• Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately through POS systems, and give correct change while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Server in fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings, including nightclub or food industry environments
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle diverse guest needs gracefully
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and inventory management
• Previous experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/host roles is highly desirable
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a lively hospitality environment
