Schedule
- Monday – Friday (No weekends)
- Early start time (around 5:00 AM)
- Finish early afternoon.
Before You Apply – Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have at least 3 years of licensed driving experience

Must have a relatively clean driving record.
- No major violations, DUI, DWI, Reckless Driving
- No multiple recent moving violations
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check
- Must be able to consistently lift 50 lbs. and handle a physically demanding role.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver Red Bull products to stores using a company box truck.
- Sell in additional displays, secure shelf space, and grow product presence.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and decision-makers.
- Execute promotions and ensure products are displayed to company standards.
- Manage inventory and ensure product availability within your accounts.
- Track performance and work toward sales goals within your territory

Compensation
- Average first-year earnings: $50,000 – $55,000
- Top performers can earn $60,000
- Base pay commission performance incentives
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Start your day by checking your truck and load.
- Drive a company box truck along a set route.
- Deliver, stock, and rotate product in your accounts.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand product placement.
- Maintain and grow relationships with your customers.
- Execute promotions and meet monthly sales goals.
- Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Communicate with your team and track performance.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and obtain medical card.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and competitive with a results-driven mindset
- Strong time management and ability to work independently.
- Customer service or route sales experience preferred.
