- Deliver impeccable service to resort guests, from initial greeting to final farewell.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of menus, wines, liquors, and resort amenities to effectively make recommendations and answer guest questions.
- Ensure seamless communication with the kitchen staff and other resort departments to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and increase revenue through suggestive selling and menu promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
