Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in outside sales, manage client accounts, and develop new business opportunities across various industries. Duties

  • Conduct outside sales activities to identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize market coverage and sales growth.
  • Engage in B2B sales negotiations, closing deals effectively while maintaining professional relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and increase brand awareness.
  • Utilize CRM software like Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer data, and analyzing sales performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies based on market analysis and product knowledge.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or related fields such as technology or retail sales.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account management responsibilities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and upselling products or services.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and client negotiations.
  • Ability to generate leads through cold calling and other outreach methods.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market data and developing strategic plans.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in technical sales or product demonstrations is a plus.
