With a proven system and strong customer base, we provide pre-qualified, confirmed leads so our sales reps can focus on what they do best—selling.
We’re currently seeking a driven and personable In-Home Sales Representative to meet with current and potential clients, no cold calling required. All appointments are set by our in-house team!
What You’ll Do:
- Attend up to 8 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per day.
- Educate homeowners about pest control issues and offer customized treatment plans.
- Perform inspections to identify pest issues or risks.
- Build trust with potential customers and clearly explain service benefits.
- Close sales on the spot or schedule follow-ups as needed.
- Track customer interactions and sales in our CRM system.
- Work closely with field technicians to ensure smooth service handoffs.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years Sales experience (in-home, direct, or pest control sales a plus).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Able to educate and sell without using high-pressure tactics.
- Willing to work evenings and Saturdays based on appointment schedule.
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
