Duties

- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Engage in outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to expand customer base
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and objections professionally
- Follow up with prospects through business development activities to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and update customer information accurately in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
