What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Staff (On-Call) / Seasonal Service Staff position at Hawthorns/Sagamore?
Location: The Hawthorns Golf and Country Club - Fishers, IN.
Job Type: On-Call / As Needed.
Compensation: Hourly - Based on experience.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces (tables, chairs, linens, décor, etc.).
- Provide exceptional service during events, including food and beverage service.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Follow event timelines and instructions from the Events Manager or Banquet Captain.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after functions.
- Assist in service for the Arbor Grill.
Qualifications:
- Prior hospitality or event service experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift and move event equipment (tables, chairs, etc.).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have strong communication skills.
- Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is essential.
- Must be 18 years or older.
