Key Responsibilities:

- Manage meeting and event logistics, including materials preparation, guest coordination, and technology setup for in-person and virtual engagements.
- Support legislative and policy-related initiatives, including research, briefing preparation, and coordination of meetings and visits.
- Assist with business development activities, including proposal preparation, documentation, and presentation support.
- Draft and distribute executive communications, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and timeliness.
