Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted administrative partner to the government relations team by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel logistics, handling incoming calls, preparing meeting materials, and assisting with monthly client billing.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, track congressional activity, and conduct policy research to support client initiatives and strategic priorities.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread a variety of written materials, including client correspondence, policy memoranda, advocacy documents, position papers, and internal communications.
- Research complex policy topics, summarize findings into clear, actionable materials, and help ensure the accuracy and quality of final deliverables.
- Partner with colleagues across the practice to support ongoing projects, coordinate workflow, and provide seamless coverage across client assignments.
