- Build and assemble lab kits according to study-specific protocols and supply lists
- Print and file associated lab requisitions and source documents accurately
- Verify kit contents for completeness before sealing and labeling
- Coordinate outbound shipments via FedEx, including scheduling, label generation, and pickup coordination
- Order, handle, and ship dry ice and temperature-sensitive materials in compliance with study requirements
- Track outbound shipments and communicate updates to the logistics team
- Oversee equipment preparation and organization for new study onboarding
- Maintain inventory of commonly used supplies and place orders to prevent delays
- Assist with travel logistics coordination for clinical staff and study-related visits
- Assist in generating accurate lab requisitions for study visits in coordination with the clinical and logistics teams
- Maintain accurate source documents and shipping records to support audit readiness
- Follow all SOPs, GCP guidelines, and study-specific instructions
- Experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse, or clinical research operations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with a remote team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new systems quickly
- Able to lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs
- Part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week
- Onsite Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Hopkinton, MA
