What You'll Do as an Entry Level Sales Associate

• Meet with customer accounts to introduce AT&T wireless and internet services
• Help each customer choose the right products and service plans
• Guide customer accounts through enrollments and account setup
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
• Participate in daily training and team development
• Work toward individual and team goals as an Entry Level Sales Associate
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information

What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Sales Associate

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, coachable, and goal-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working with customer accounts in a face-to-face setting
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
