Dietary Cook Job Summary:
The Dietary Cook is responsible for preparing and providing food services to residents in a cost-efficient manner to safely meet residents’ need in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
Dietary Cook Major Duties and Critical Tasks:
1. Prepare and serve meals for residents and staff in accordance with food safety regulations and within physician’s/nutritionists’ dietary recommendationsDietary Cook Other Duties:
Dietary Cook:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
- Knowledge of Department of Health Rules and Regulations
- At Least 1 Year Experience in a Related Position Required
