We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Maintenance Worker to join our team and help keep our outdoor spaces and indoor spaces, facilities, and grounds in top condition. This vital role involves performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, from landscape upkeep to equipment repair, ensuring a safe, attractive, and functional environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, strong mechanical skills, and experience with grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment. Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and garden care to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
- Maintain and repair indoor structure including preventive maintenance in rooms.
- Apply pesticides responsibly following safety protocols to control pests while protecting plants and the environment
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure clear pathways and safe access for all users
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate a variety of landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment and other equipment's required to do some basic maintenance and basic plumbing as well.
- Extensive outdoor/Indoor work experience.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, lawn care equipment and all other tools required to keep rooms intact.
