Hawthorn Suites is looking for Maintenance staff to join our team. The ideal candidate is able to keep our property looking nice and running smoothly. You are able to work behind the scenes and also assist the rest of the staff in handling any issues that might come up.
Job Duties:
- Manage property electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting
- Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls, and building exterior.
- Servicing and maintaining HVAC systems
- Complete grounds work such as sweeping and light landscaping
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program
Requirements:
- GED or Diploma
- Prior experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Work well in a team environment
