Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast and Laundry Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests and maintaining our laundry room facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. After breakfast has ended, the role would pivot to focusing on washing, drying, and folding laundry, along with cleaning our gatehouse.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of breakfast items according to established standards.
- Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service hours.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food items.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests related to breakfast offerings.
- Maintain equipment and utensils in good working condition; report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Clean dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations after each meal service.
- Cleaning the gatehouse restrooms.
- Collecting linen from each building.
- Washing, drying, and folding laundry.
- Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness in the gatehouse.
