The Evening Operations Lead is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for overseeing service, equipment, and member satisfaction during evening hours. This position ensures safety, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and policy compliance while delivering excellent member service. The Evening Operations Lead serves as the go-to leader on the floor, supporting all departments, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a smooth and welcoming club environment.
