Your Role:
Serve as the champion for compliance and technical support. Offer expertise and insights at customer facilities, ensuring services like ANSI Z358.1 inspections and machinery maintenance are flawlessly executed.
- Master compliance through performing rigorous inspections
- Excel in service tasks, enhancing customer relations
- Foster customer growth by forging strong relationships
- Lead and supervise equipment installations per plan specifications
- Test and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring peak performance
- Conduct enlightening training sessions for clients on equipment dynamics
- Proactively manage maintenance schedules and repair tasks
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to surmount challenges
- Deliver precise inspection reports to enhance customer trust
- Harness in-depth knowledge of OSHA standards to ensure safety
- Propel future sales through meaningful client relationships
Prerequisites for Success:
Bringing together technical acumen and a customer-centric approach, you'll thrive with the ability to independently tackle challenges while fostering a harmonious team dynamic.
Educational Background: Your journey might have started with an AS degree or trade school diploma. Experience with ANSI and OSHA standards enhances your candidacy.
Language & Cognitive Skills:
Effective communication is your forte, enabling cross-organizational interactions. You can interpret complex manuals and produce clear, concise technical documentation.
Physical & Cognitive Expectations:
This role requires agility and precision. From remaining stationary to handling complex machinery, while occasionally moving items up to 25 lbs, you'll meet various physical demands.
