As the Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst, you will lead high‑impact pricing strategy and guide complex contract negotiations that shape profitability across Haworth and our dealer network. Essential Functions
- Access Haworth's Data Warehouse to develop customer sales activity reports.
- Provide education to BRC, Field Sales, and Dealers on company resources and proposal tactics.
- Analyze competitive and market trends and work with BRC Leadership to develop pricing strategies.
- Negotiate price agreements, determining discounting parameters and mutually beneficial terms and conditions
- Analyze financial performance and establish appropriate initiatives to deliver revenue and profitability improvement. Achieve or exceed target KPIs.
- Work with the Field Sales team to develop business plans and establish regional pricing strategies.
- Occasional travel to dealer locations to collaborate and build partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations for North American and cross-sector sales, including US and international trade terms.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Procurement or equivalent area of study.
- Associate's degree in Finance, Analytics, Procurement, or equivalent area of study plus 2 years related experience, or
- High school diploma plus 4 years related experience.
- Military Equivalency at www.mynextmove.org/vets/find/military
- 5 years related experience in Pricing and Contracts, Finance or Accounting or Procurement with a Bachelor’s degree or,
- 3 years related experience in Pricing and Contracts, Finance or Accounting or Procurement with a Master’s degree.
- Ability to work in Holland, MI, without relocation assistance.
- Ability to travel up to 10 percent of the time.
- Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.
- Experience in contract law and terminology with a focus on business risk management.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Office furniture or manufacturing industry experience.
- Experience working with and ability to understand P&L statements.
- Strong proficiency working in MS Office Suite, in particular Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
